Easter egg recipe
1 ½ of organic cocoa butter
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup of organic honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Melt the cocoa butter
- In a bowl, whisk honey with cocoa butter. Pour the honey very slowly to avoid water production.
- Whisk the remaining ingredients and mix for 1 or 2 minutes. Make sure you get no water at all.
- Spoon the preparation into egg molds
- Put the molds in the fridge for a few hours.
- Release from the molds and enjoy!
